Cottage Christmas is a complimentary open house showcasing the Sidney Lanier Cottage beautifully decorated for the holidays. Baked goods and appetizers will be for sale throughout the day while free admission is offered to the Cottage for tours. Refreshments will be served and the Side Porch Gift Shop will have a Christmas sale. Book signings will also take place this year! Authors include Ed Grisamore, “There is More than One Way to Spell Wiener,” Marie Amerson, “Remembering Len Berg’s Restaurant” and Sandy Page, “Pyramid of the Lost World.”

Please support us by baking and donating your specialties for our annual bake sale. Let us know what you would like to bring by filling out the form below! You can also email Janis Haley at jhaley@historicmacon.org or call 478.743.3851. Bring your treats to the Cottage on Thursday, December 13 between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. If possible, please package for resale.
