Façade loans exist to enhance the exterior appearance of buildings within the College Hill district. Common examples of work funded by a façade loan include exterior painting, new roof installation, permanent landscaping, professional design service fees, and tax credit consulting fees.
Expedited facade loan process

Do you have storm damage from Tropical Storm Irma?
The expedited application process assists College Hill homeowners in urgent cases that require immediate repairsfrom significant storm damage by facilitating a quicker review process. Eligible repairs for the expedited process include roof replacement, porch repairs, window repairs, tree and limb removal, landscaping removal/replacement, and any other exterior storm damage. Benefits to the expedited application include waived 20% cash match and quicker review process.
Submit your application and supporting materials by Monday, October 9 to take advantage of the expedited loan process.
