Genealogy Research Services

At some point in each of our lives we wonder who we are. Part of understanding who we are is knowing where we came from. Our identity is intrinsically tied to our history. Historic Macon Foundation believes in preserving history— including family history. These histories are not only important to families, but they are important to communities. They tell the stories of the individuals who built cities, cultivated cultures, and most importantly, created each of us.

Historic Macon Foundation offers Genealogical services. These services include: Basic family history research, family tree construction, family history narratives, and family history reports.

Basic Family History Research:

Basic family history research covers a range of topics including: individual name searches, descendant research, and in depth genealogical record research. This service begins at $60hr.

Family Tree Construction:

Family Tree Construction is more in depth than basic family history research. This service includes a thoroughly constructed family tree pedigree. Family tree posters are available at an additional price.

Family History Narratives:

Family history narratives pieces genealogical information into a cohesive narrative. These narratives can be printed and bound at an additional cost.

Family History Reports:

These reports contain the same information as the narratives, but in a report format. They contain in depth information and images (if available).
