Historic Macon Foundation operates our own  low-interest loan fund to beautify facades in the College Hill District as part of the Knight Neighborhood Challenge.  Eventually, we hope to expand this loan program to other historic districts through future grants.  Other agencies also offer low-interest financing as an incentive to preserve, restore and rehabilitate historic buildings.
