Our Finance and Executive Committees meets on the second Tuesday of July, September, November, January and March at 5:30 at our headquarters on 338 Poplar St. This committee is responsible for creating and approving our annual budget, approving annual work-plan and strategic planning decisions, suggesting cost-savings and efficiencies, and fundraising for the organization.
Our Board of Trustees and Finance Committee meets on the second Tuesday of June, August, October, December, February, and April at 5:30pm at our headquarters on 338 Poplar St. This committee is responsible for approving the acquisition of all property, approving the annual work-plan and strategic planning decisions, suggesting cost-savings and efficiencies, fundraising for the organization, and volunteering to staff board committees.
